Customer profiles from the previous system were not transitioned to this new system. Reservations are highly recommended during this time as the campgrounds tend to be full on the weekends. Colorado parks and wildlife is a nationally recognized leader in conservation outdoor recreation and wildlife management. Memorial day through labor day is the peak season.

If you had an account under the previous discover camping system and do not have an active reservation with an arrival date after december 3 2019 you must create a new account above. Reservations will not be taken at the park all fees are in addition to park pass entrance fees and priced per day unless otherwise noted.

Cpw issues hunting and fishing licenses conducts research to improve wildlife management activities protects high priority wildlife.

If you made a reservation under the previous reservation system for an arrival date after december 3 2019 you do not need to. The cpw call center can assist with policies and campsite information but can not cancel or change reservations. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date the camping fee will be refunded less a 6 cancellation fee.
