My first experience with a sewing machine was before i started grade school almost 80 years ago.

The maximum sewable thickness of this machine is around 5 8 thick. It was my mom s peddle singer. I have a cowboy 3200 walking foot sewing machine. The cowboy model cb 3200 is an ideal machine for sewing most lightweight medium weight and heavy weight leather items.

I am looking to sell a barely used 5 hours cowboy cb 3200 i bought new from solar leather in 01 2017 the motor is an enduro pro sm650 1. The machine will sew as light as a couple pieces of 3 4 ounce chap leather all the way up to 3 layers of 12 ounce harness leather. My son and i went to pick it up and bob spent time familiarizing me with the machine. I sewed some of her quilt patches together if i remember correctly that didn t go over real well.

This is a great machine for sewing leather. Someone suggested that i should go with the cowboy 4500 in case i decide to do thicker materials. The lowest cost heavy duty leather stitcher. The cowboy 3200 has far exceeded my expectations.
