Removable vinyl comes off sorta easily but not too easily with a pick or sharp tool.

Cutting vinyl on your electronic cutting machines such as a cricut or silhouette is a fun and popular hobby.
I have used it on lamps compacts my cricut and mirrors.
It was pretty heavy duty acrylic.
Heat transfer vinyl on the other hand does not have a paper backing instead htv has a clear plastic carrier sheet that covers the top of the vinyl.
This simply involves placing the tape over top of the design burnishing it then pulling it up carefully.
Apply the 651 vinyl as usual and then with a teflon sheet between your project and iron iron the decal for 10 15 seconds.
Then the transfer tape with vinyl is applied onto the project burnished and the transfer tape pulled away carefully.
The other side is where the adhesive is it is not sticky or tacky to the touch.
The main difference for me is thickness the sticker paper is much thicker than the vinyl.
For most projects even with the higher cost i prefer the vinyl over the sticker paper.

I love using vinyl all the time with my cricut machine but if you want to be able to take your vinyl projects to a new level being able to foil quill and then cut around the edges can make some incredible designs.
